If you wish to return an item, please email mimypet.info@gmail.com with your order number and name in the subject line.
Upon receipt, the item must be packaged and sealed in such a way that we can prove that it is free from defects for which we are not responsible (e.g., scratches, stains, damage). If the item is damaged or does not meet the requirements, MimyStudio reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for arranging the return through local logistics channels.
